I got a Groupon for classes here 4 months ago and having been coming 3 times a week since. The instructors are friendly and helpful. The classes are always challenging because you go at your own pace and they vary the workout. When I started at CKO I hadn't had a workout routine in about 10 years and was very out of shape. Now I feel a lot stronger and more coordinated. I have lost 15 lbs so far and am back in the healthy weight range. There are enough class times that I can easily make 3 classes per week with my busy schedule. Great place and I'd recommend it to anyone! More...
