I travel around to a lot of the gyms in the area as a fitness professional. This is a high quality facility, coming from a training background I am typically against the "Crossfit" model, but I would say this is far from your typical crossfit. The coaches focus on longevity through mobility, training and nutrition. It's a well rounded facility and you can tell they care about their people and generating results for a lifetime. I've been to a lot of CrossFit gyms, and Cannon Mine is one of my favorites. Not only do they push you and really watch your form, but they are fun, friendly, and welcoming (not in the fake way that some gyms can be). Highly recommend.

Fitness for ALL. If you are looking to try a fun class with loads of variety to help you gain strength and mobility, this is the right place to be. I love the friends I am making here at the gym as well as the instruction from the coaches. They have proper form and safety in mind every single workout.
