At CGR you get the ppl, the coach, the atmosphere. Every one goes to work out hard and you can feel the energy every time. I look and feel different and its all thanks to boxing. There are classes for everyone and you dont have to punch anyone if just want to work out. There are all levels of boxers and trainers and everyone is always friendly to help you improve. Definitely try it out! More...
