Wish I could give 10 stars. I had worked with 4 other trainers before these guys and the experiences aren’t even comparable, I wish we started our puppy with them from day one and avoided a lot of issues we faced from bad training. They’re very responsive, take the time to get to know you, your dog, and your training goals. But most importantly they show you how to train!!!!!!! This was so important to us. The girls came to our home for each session and requested we be here to go through everything. They watched us practice to make sure we were doing everything right and have been available for calls and messages after the session, even before I had another session booked. Great company and even greater trainers. We adopted a lab mix from down south right before the holiday and even though we are experienced dog owners we were prepared for a puppy that had been a mainly outdoor dog before. They were able to get us a session same week we called and offered advice over the phone to address some things before they came out. We ended up doing only 3 sessions to address our issues since the trainer was very thorough with everything. Really appreciate that they structure their training to each individual dog rather than one blueprint for all like a lot of the other places we contacted and the plan obviously works. We have been using Sarah for almost 7 years now. She started walking chase when he was three months old almost 7 years. He absolutely loves her. Luna since she was three months that’s almost 6 years and Koda since he was three months almost a year. They all love her. We love her. When she walks our dogs we don’t worry. She sends pictures and updates. She doesn’t price gouge. She is a great person and we highly recommend her. She has held a key to our house for 7 years and never had any worries about her character. Sarah Smolak is my dogwalker for my medically challenged 13 1/2 yr old JRT. I can’t say enough good things about her. She has extensive experience with dogs who have specific needs—meaning medical issues…specific meds, etc. - . I can be as specific as I need to be about feedings, walks, meds or my house and I never have to worry. Sarah is a very skilled, talented trainer. She worked very extensively with my dog after she had come out of a local kill shelter as an under socialized puppy. She dedicated time working with her in her home to help her develop household manners and be social with other dogs. She was available constantly for any questions I had once she came home and even was available to help offer advice when we adopted another dog into our home. Her advice made it possible for us to successfully adopt our 3rd time dog and I have also adopted another since as her expertise made it possible for my dogs to all be together. I can’t say enough about Sarah and her team! She has been by my side since adopting my beagle Biggie in August 2021. Sarah helped us work through some behavioral issues. He stayed with her for 10 days while I recovered from surgery. Her knowledge and expertise has been invaluable. Sarah is an amazing trainer, we adopted a dog that came to us after biting her previous owner, she was also very aggressive to other dogs and did not let anyone touch her. Sarah figured out all the pieces of her puzzle, she took her for a 3 week involved training program at her home. She sent us tons of photos and videos everyday and FaceTimed with us three times a week in addition to our once a week meetings. Once we got our pup home Sarah continued to do private sessions with us at home and even sent her home with a whole write up on what to do and help her adjust to a new home. Thanks to Sarah our dog is very accepting of new people, she has managed to make dog friends, and we have learned how to be confident dog owners. Sarah is the reason our dog is alive, if it weren’t for her we would’ve had to return her to the rescue and the rescue openly admitted she would not be an adoption candidate again.
