Patient, caring, experienced, fun & awesome coaches! I love that there is no pressure or demand on the students, but gentle and effective guidance. The coaches invest in proper technique and are atune to each students' progress and needs so that no one feels left out. The effectiveness of the teaching and moves make this a top-notch place, not to mention that the fees are reasonable! Highly recommended!!! More...

Friendly supportive group, yet the training is so good, it will humble any alpha male who mistakes kindness for weakness. Technique really enables the smaller weaker opponent to defeat the stronger bigger aggressor . Truly expect-blackbelt instruction. Focus is on real self defense. Sport bjj also taught for those who desire it. Bonus - Grandmaster Relson Gracie visits school 2 -4 times a year. Price is amazing for this level of training. Kids class is also friendly environment. My daughter has taken classes since she was 7, now as a middle school student, she has a lot of confidence and I feel better knowing she has specific training on how to deal with bullies to include if it becomes physical. Excellent technical instruction. The best self-defense in the area with a friendly and welcoming team. You will learn true Gracie Self-Defense Jiu-jitsu. Greg's technical knowledge knows no bounds. He cares greatly about his students learning and development and creating a solid foundation for continued training. He takes students questions and focuses classes on what students need for their place in their journey. There is a curriculum for progression through the advancements, so students can see their growth and own their training. If you have an injury or physical limitation, Greg finds a way to work around it. If you've been assaulted in the past Greg is knowledgeable and willing to work through any concerns you may have.
