My name is Brian, I am a martial artist and fitness enthusiast currently living in Northern Virginia. I’m a retired Marine, early in my Marine Corps career I was put in charge of my unit’s physical training. As my career progressed I supervised the units Body Composition Program, ensuring Marines that have gotten out of standards are brought back into standards. Now that I’m retired I am a professor at GW teaching exercise and fitness. I teach self defense, group exercise classes, and personal training sessions for individuals, groups, and corporate events.
