What’s your signature dish?
South East Asian Chicken and Waffles with a fermented fennel salad has been a fun one people asked for lately. But I would say it’s become these fermented rice tacos with a roasted vegetable melody.

We do offer remote party planning and wedding planning services, as well as hospitality consulting.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We keep our kitchens clean per the health department standards as well as we will wear masks if the client requests us too.
