I brought my 6 y.o. to Benjamin’s with the tiniest of hope…there have never been “Rocky” style clubs accessible in most neighborhoods unless you were in the deepest of ghettos, but that’s where most wouldn’t know even existed. I can’t tell you how glad I was that I walked in that gym and gave it a chance. At the time my son was 6 and couldn’t participate in the regular classes so we signed him up with 1-1 lessons. Amir really impressed me, and continues to do so. Amir is dedicated, disciplined at his craft. It’s as if he becomes his clients, he presses you beyond what you thought you could do. I have coached little league for several years and I speak from experience, it’s very rare you come across a coach who revolutionized what you though was a norm. This dude introduces drills you never knew of, but are so efficiently dramatic in the evolution of an athlete. Amir is someone to give a try. He finds out your goals and what you want in your future health related. He will make the workout based on your goals, he will advise you on meals. The best part, the price you’re paying for the workout is worth every dollar. Usually soreness lasts a day or two. When I workout with Amir, it last about 4 days. I don’t feel as if Amir just wants the money. Everything in personal and he wants you to reach your goals. He is my personal trainer but he treats our business as a friendship as well. I have seen Amir go from a very skinny kid in 2016 to a certified personal trainer and soon to be boxer now. He is proof that you can do anything you put your mind to, as his road to getting to where he is now wasn’t easy. I provide boxing training, weightlifting, weight loss programs, diet plans, muscle building programs, explosive training, and endurance training. I am flexible to travel to my clients and bring my own equipment. We also have the option of meeting me at our private gym in San Ramon.

Discipline, hard work, and consistency. These are my top 3 which have taken me so far throughout my fitness journey and personal training business! Those days when you feel like quitting and your mind is telling you that you can't are the times we need to show up for ourselves and fight for what we deserve. Everyone deserves their dream body, and I'm here to keep you accountable and make sure you don't fall off the goals that you set.

I connect with all my clients on a personal level. Inside and outside the gym/training I am here for you mentally and physically. I want everyone to feel confident and happy with their fitness journey/progress, and I make sure to provide that every session!!

I worked at Fitness 19 for 6 months, started off receiving minimum wage on top of 5% commission per session for each client I trained. I always knew I deserved better, nobody was able to provide the high-intensity workouts and the variety of different exercises I knew about. Private training is the best, I choose my own hours, and I'm very good at marketing myself through social media to promote my clients and set my own prices. This is just another step closer to one day building my own gym!

I offer a range of different services from boxing training, weight training, fat loss programs, muscle building programs, meal plans, and group classes. I also am willing to travel within 10 miles of the San Ramon Area. Private Gym is also available!

Yes, I can train on Zoom Call or FaceTime, I also do weekly check-ins with the meal plans I give to my clients. Weekly check-ins are on "My Fitness Pal" and I can see exactly what you're eating and the number of calories you burned every day compared to how much you ate. This will give me a great understanding of different things I can adjust to help you reach your goals.

Masks on (optional), vaccination check, and temperature check-ins if coming to the private gym!
