How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I put them through weekly sessions to make sure they are getting the most out of their workouts. I also provide workouts for the rest of the week to make sure they are getting the most out of their programs to reach the desired results.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Work hard, work smart, enjoy the journey, and just follow a good program.
What do you love most about your job?
I want people to get the results they set out to reach. I want people to see that they can do whatever they set their minds to. If my clients didn't get results I wouldn't be a personal trainer because nothing is more satisfying than knowing you were part of the journey to change somebody's life for the better.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was a personal trainer for other gyms before and it was time to take the leap and do it on my own.
Why should our clients choose you?
I don't prefer the word client. I like to think of it more as a friend. You have to care about the people you are working with and want them to see results. If you don't you're in the wrong field in my opinion. You should treat them just as you would a friend and give it your all. Have fun with them. Make sure they enjoy the road to their results.
