Zumba....I've taken the water Zumba classes with Kristina. those are really great. Do know if you take regular Zumba on Tuesday night with Kat , for some reason it always starts late. it's very obvious that the teacher prior for body pump (Alexis) has some grudge against the Zumba teacher. the looks the BP instructor gives her are unprofessional. class always starts at least 5 to 10 minutes late. Sat Zumba is great too with Tanieka. she is very hyped. can't do mornings but I heard Holly is great. I know she is subbing this month so I'm excited to do her class. More...

As long as I don't have to fight with kids for the pool they will always get 5 stars from me. Plus they have plenty of treadmills so there is always one open for me.

I literally go here every week, when I can. The machines are good. The locker room and bathroom are typically clean and up to par. The customer service is great. They are very helpful and attentive to your needs. This is an awesome place to work out. I would put this gym up against both Planet Fitness and LA Fitness. Ths gym is that great. Great gym! Plenty of equipment! There’s a pool, hot tub, classes, Certified Personal trainers, and there’s even a CARDIO THEATRE. It s a movie theatre. Instead of chairs, it had cardio equipment. I have been going to this gym for almost two years and really enjoy it. The staff is very friendly. The group fitness class instructors are great and you have a lot of fun while getting a great workout - there are step classes, boduA lot of cardio machines, weight machines, and free weights so you have a lot of options. I think it's great, but wish they had a nursery/ child care/ kids activities.
It would be wonderful if they set aside time for children's swim lessons too.
Also, it would be good if all the people behind the counter would interact & OFFER assistance to struggling beginners. Just my opinion, but I really do think it's a great fitness center overall. More...

I've been a member since it reopened December 1, 2012 and I love it. I've had back surgery so I swim 3-4 times a week. Aquarobics classes are 6 days a week at various times. Keeps my weight down and no back pain. Instructors are all great. More...

Joined a week ago and try to visit at least every other day. Working out is a new thing for me but I thoroughly enjoy and the relaxation in the hot tub afterwards seals the deal!

I love this wellness center so much more than just a gym.... the atmosphere is amazing the workers are so friendly and polite the trainer Erin Ansley is Simply spot-on she works so hard for good results I would definitely give this place a five star

We love Alcovy Fitness , we joined when we retired a year and a half ago ! We average five days a week there and my wife does classes three times a week ! It is truly our workout place and our social event afterwards ! Great job Pam and crew . The staff is great and very knowledgeable . More...

Decided to join today .. although it took a couple days to get the details of my membership worked out, I have found that all of the employees that I've met this week have been friendly & courteous. I feel that the 3 tiers of membership are a little over the top but probably works well for most folks who have no interest in some of the amenities / services offered. I have found that this facility is clean & well maintained & the equipment appears to be newer & up to date. I wanted to specifically point out that Natalie really went out of her way today & that was appreciated. My one & only complaint is that the facility isn't open 24 hours or doesn't offer 24 hour access. More...

I joined about a month ago. Customer Service has been good. People always up front to greet you. I even had a mistake with a payment they fixed right away. Gym is always clean and well kept. Only equipment I have used is a treadmill. Not much of a "gym rat." The group classes I love and each instructor is different and they bring their own style. No class is the same. Everyone in the classes are friendly and willing to help. I feel the price for gym and group classes is very reasonable. I only wish they had a Kickboxing class and row machines. More...
