A&E is wonderful! I recently enrolled Yoda, my pup, in a week-long training program with their dog-trainer, Dee. I could not ask for a better experience with dog training. The training was well worth the money. Dee is excellent. She took the time to talk, listen and understand what my dog was struggling with, and we set goals for training together. She even kept me updated throughout Yoda's train & board process. Dee is very talented in understanding and building a relationship with your dog so that she can work towards corrective and improved behavior! Dee has a personal touch in which she cares about your dog's success just as much as you do. This is so important for training!! Yoda was very dog/person reactive and it caused a lot of stress, worry and embarrassment for me. I was excited for her to start training but was blown away by the results. Her temperament has improved, and she has gained confidence. All of these factors have helped lessen her reactivity around other dogs and people and behavior on a leash. I am so thankful for Dee and A&E for being so accommodating and truly caring. I did not have to worry because Yoda was in safe hands during her stay. If you are looking for a awesome dog trainer Dee at A&E Pet Resort is your trainer. She has been training our dog Aurora and they have such a wonderful relationship. You will see that Dee loves every dog as if it was her own pet. Aurora is a year old German Shephard and Aussie Shepard mixed and is inquisitive. I would not take her out where any other people or dogs were she would pull me where ever she wanted to go and now she is so good and listens and follows commands. I can not say enough amazing things about A&E. The entire staff is incredible. I’m pretty sure they love dogs more than anyone else on the planet. My standards for how my dog is treated are impossibly high- and they exceed them all. The facility is so clean and they are constantly asking for feedback and making new improvements. I was so nervous about leaving my baby girl Maggie May and they took the time to reassure me about the positive things that come with a short visit with playmates. . she gets to have fun and socialize with other pups instead of being stuck in a room or worse a kennel! So we took a chance and I will just say they sent pictures before I even called… that’s speaks volumes to me. She had a blast and came home happy and healthy .. I also bought the cutest Mug there in their lobby they have some adorable little pet related home decor items for sale. We will definitely be taking Maggie there in the future and would recommend you do the same! Our favorite, most trusted and reliable place to board our pup! They treat our Roland like he is one of their own and he’s always so excited to see the staff when we drop him off. We are on vacation in New Smyrna Beach and wanted to spend the day at one of the Orlando theme parks. We left our dog overnight with A&E Pet Resort. The staff was very kind, loving towards our dog, and accommodating. Our dog came home the next morning and seemed very happy with his experience.
