I haven't worked out in almost 9 years in total. When I approached Jesse about working out with him, he made sure to understand what my weaknesses were and what body issues I had. Jesse is super approachable a great listener and doesn't make you uncomfortable while learning and strengthening at the same time. Met one of the staff or owner today at the barber and a conversation had brought up by him and it was about working out, telling me that they workout there and they basically train you how to work out whatever you need to workout or what you want to work out people are there to help and also this nice man i met today at the barber shop will be there try it out because i am as soon as i can!!
