I've only been training at 3D MMA for a few months and it has been nothing short of an exceptional experience. The facility is clean and well taken care of. All of the members are friendly and welcoming and very eager to learn and teach. Dennis Dombrow has so much expertise and knowledge to share! His instruction is detailed and conceptual making it very easy to learn and absorb the teachings. He even works with kids! My 8y old girl and 5y old boy love learning jiu jitsu from Dennis. The class is fun and challenging for them. The cost is reasonable and facility is clean. All the coaches are fantastic. They know how to talk to kids and keep every one on track with out yelling or being rough. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to learn martial arts and self defence for kids or adults.
