Mya is truly a talented individual. I knew my experience with this company was going to be extraordinarily when she called to just get an idea of our shoot.
With just a few words and pictures she saw the scene for how I wanted my shoot to be.
The day of the shoot Mya was on time and ready to make the magic happen. She set the stage by finding a great area to shoot that had the perfect natural light and she also played music to set the tone.
I bought the props for my shoot but she brought the vision to life.
Everything was 100% perfect and I can’t wait to hire this company again!

What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
There's a few "secrets" I'd consider when taking THAT special photo for my clients; it starts with making sure everyone is genuinely having a great time. Being the photographer at events has never put me at bay with being myself, it's in my nature to make sure everyone around is having a good time, if their not, I try to at least brighten their day with a quirky joke. :)
Another one, would be making sure I capture the essence of what is going on and what may be felt in the room. The goal is the show the deepest level of emotion and make the viewer feel something...
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What would you like the final product to be?
Do you have a story to tell?
Did you already set a budget aside for this? What does it look like?
Do you need vendors? Would you like us to send you our vendor list? Are you working any other vendors?
Have you hired a professional photographer before?
What's your preferred way of contact?
Is there a date we should be aware of when editing and delivering the final product?
What's your favorite type of coffee? ;)
What do you love most about your job?
I love capture moments and events that may never happen again. Being the person in charge of making sure you can look back and relive the most beautiful moments of your life is EVERYTHING to me. Add creating unique pieces for print and display in your homes are even better. I truly just love what I do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Honestly, I was okay with just picking up the camera every once in a while ;) Being the designated camera person has literally been my role all of my life and I loved it. I had no idea how far it could really take me. After being exposed to more in College, I realized this could be way more than a hobby I started to pursue it as a side gig will being a full-time student. I graduated and became a Teacher for a few year until COVID hit and changed our lives. From then, I realized working for someone else wasn't what I wanted to do at this tender age. Though I loved my kids, I decided to part ways Jan 2021 and fight for this full-time. Now the goal is to go full force and see where it'll take us. FULL FORCE AHEAD!
