This is my first fencing club experience, however, I cannot imagine any other club being more effective and efficient in their  training approach while actively promoting sportsmanship and maintaining a team community.Tim

I saw that they had a free event on Yelp so I decided to try it out, and let me tell you this place was a blast! In the free class I tried, they go over everything, and I do mean everything. First our teachers went over the history of fencing. (Super interesting) We followed that by stretching and going through the maneuvers and techniques in moving and attacking. After that we went over all the equipment and clothes, and we quickly put our clothes on after that. Then came the most fun part, where we put into practice everything we learned. We first hit each other, so we could all get used to attacking and being attacked, and then we played different games. Â Am I a little sore?...yes. But a good sore. I had so much fun I may sign up for classes or bring my parents! I do recommend stretching a tad more ahead of time and maybe bring some water... be prepared to sweat! This is a great establishment with very kind and fun people! I recommend to anyone and everyone that is interested in trying new things. More...

Once a month Cutting Edge extends their hand to the community by providing a free intro session for an hour. Usually, there are only 10 spots but since the spaces filled up so quickly they decided to open another 10 spaces totaling 20 tonight. There were 3 instructors present and for a quick hour rundown, I had a fantastic time! They gave us a brief rundown about the history, equipment, and movement of fencing and we got down to business. We suited up and partnered up and began fencing rounds for about 30 minutes with other attendees. The instructors were incredible and were so patient with all students. Overall an awesome time and worth doing if you ever had an interest in fencing. Be sure to sign up early so you don't miss your chance for a FREE opportunity. More...

You won't find a nicer, more fun group of folks anywhere. Great sportsmanship and camaraderie throughout the club. The owners are well respected in the industry and run their business with a "customer-first" philosophy and respect for all things fencing.

My daughter and I took the Bronze level classes and loved the experience.
David and Kate Sierra are fantastic. The club's environment is very welcoming and supportive.
Among the members, competitiveness is important, but less important than enjoying the sport.
We learned a lot, and I highly recommend Cutting Edge

I’ve been at CEFC for a few months now. Learning to fence has been a fun experience. I definitely enjoy the sport, but the best part of this studio is hands down the people in it. It’s a safe harbor with a diverse crowd of good hearted people and excellent fencers. :) More...

My 13-year-old daughter started fencing here recently and seems to have found her calling. She loves this place! She's gotten into the great workout sessions and takes pride in her conditioning. As a homeschooler, she's getting to be part of a team while finding her individual place on it. The approach is disiplined but fun, and she's having a great time working up to new goals each month. Been reccomending this to friends and family! More...

My daughter loved it so much- she decided to join. She's been attending 1-3 times a week for 5 months. We couldn't be more thrilled with her experience. She really enjoys the sport and is getting a great work out. It's a great sport to challenge the mind and body. We really like the coaches and how everyone looks out for each other. Highly recommended! More...

The coaches here are top notch. Â Coach Kate makes fencing fun and has a great teaching style. Â Coach David is very knowledgeable and patient. Â You will definitely get a great workout in and have fun at the same time. Â They provide gear for the beginning classes and sabres as well. Â There are different packages to accommodate different levels of dedication. Â Aside from youth and adult skill classes they also provide times for open bouting, have footwork classes, workout classes and drills classes. Â You'll enjoy the time there but also make some friend. Â It's a great atmosphere! More...

I agree with all the other Yelpers. Â Coach Kate Sierra makes your first time trying fencing low pressure and tons of fun. Â It makes for quite a workout, so get ready to sweat . Â The class has plenty of room and gear for you to fulfill your inner dream of becoming Inigo Montoya, just minus the whole dead father part. More...

Really a fun thing to learn about. Coach Kate was grate! i am feeling sore because we got a really good workout session that looks easy but its not. We started off with Coach Kate sitting us down explaining what fencing was all about, then she explained what we were going to do.We then did some stretching exercises to help loosen up. Then we got fitted with gear. Then we learned how to attack and how to retreat. Then we fenced one another and rotated partners. Fun time and nice workout. More...

Coach Kate was a gracious host for the free Friday Night fencing class, even when I showed up 45 minutes early! Â The center is host two fantastic mascots, only one of whom (Ivan, IIRC) was in attendance that night. The free class dealt with saber fencing, which was new for me. Â I fenced a bit of foil in middle school, but I enjoyed learning a little bit of about saber as well. For the free class, all equipment was provided. Â They offer monthly memberships at several rates and levels. Â Overall, great place, and good people. We also learned, never go in against a Sicilian when death is on the line!Hahhahahahahaha.... erk. Â (;Thanks, Kate! More...
