What do you love most about your job?

My passion is in helping my clients realise that they have more power than they've ever known. Helping them see what is possible for them and what they can do to achieve more than they could've done before.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Seeing other's and my own struggles are centred around limiting beliefs, self-confidence and not motivated. I seek to understand how we can overcome these issues and had great results from learning Enneagram and NLP. Hence I want to share this knowledge with those who are still struggling with these issues.

Why should our clients choose you?

I create a safe and confidential space for my clients to divulge in their deepest troubles. By understanding the root cause of their problem, I am able to draw out a self-sustainable action plan that they can work on right away. This saves them time to go through trial and error method which is tiring and energy consuming.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes, I can do coaching both online and in person. However, some coaching methodologies may be restricted in the online setting so I would strongly encourage to meet in person if possible.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I've engaged in online coaching with my clients if he/she is under Quarantine orders. I've allocated a safe meeting room for my in-person coaching so that client can feel safe throughout the session.

I have just ended my 3-year long therapy sessions with Yiz. Just like most people, I hesitated in the beginning because private therapy is not cheap (I still joke with Yiz that it’s not cheap that’s why I must 100% be committed and let him fix me lol). Jokes aside, it is one of the best investment one can make for himself/herself. I didn’t think that one day I could say that I am happy with life - given the circumstances that I was in, made me feel like it was the end of the world. Finding a good and open minded therapist that can connect with you is not easy - but Yiz is one of those people. For those who are in despair or need a “level up” in your life, I highly recommend Yiz’s services!

It's has been a very fruitful journey with Iris so far. After few sections with Iris, I have noticed significant changes within myself, I have better clarity and awareness on my own thoughts and feelings and with the guidances that Iris shared it has helped me to regulate/navigate better. Thank you Iris! :)

Making friends with inner self, building & increasing awareness to my own boundaries/ safe space. Reminding me the fact that i am safe & have the ability & freedom to choose. I dont think words can fully describe the sessions with Diana but if you are like me who constantly felt like that is something bugging inside even though the mind tells u a different story, talk to Diana.

Your professional life coach will be able to advise you on the full range of coaching available and will be able to help you select the best one to suit your needs. They will also be able to answer any questions you may have. Use Bark to get free quotes and find a trusted life coach today.

You can have as many or as few life coaching sessions as you like. Many life coaches operate over the phone or via the internet so the sessions can easily fit around your schedule. Some people hire a life coach once every few months, some people have a session once a week.

Life coaching sessions will typically last up to an hour. Often after an initial assessment, sessions can be conducted over the phone, face to face, over email, via Skype/Zoom and occasionally through instant messaging.

During the session, your life coach will ask you a number of questions, such as what you want to achieve in life, what areas you're unhappy with and where you'd like to see yourself in the future. Although a life coach will work with you, it’s often up to you to challenge or reflect upon certain ideas you have to help you move forward with your life. You will never be forced to make any decisions you don't feel comfortable with and all sessions will be confidential.

Life coaching is focused on your present and your future. Coaching accepts your current reality and looks to improve your outcome moving forward. Life coaches are not health professionals and they do not diagnose you. By contrast, therapy focuses on your past and looks to delve into past actions and patterns. It is analytical but not action-oriented.

Most mainstream health insurance providers do not cover the costs of life coaching because it is not considered a mental health profession in the same way therapists and counsellors are.

Life coaches do not need to have any formal or academic qualifications but you may want to look for life coaches who possess an industry-specific qualification, such as the Life Coaching Diploma or Personal Performance Diploma (PPD).

You may also want to ask for testimonials of their recent work. You could also look at their profile page on Bark, which shows you reviews from past customers who have used their life coaching services.

A life coach is a trained professional who aims to help and guide individuals to make, meet and exceed personal and professional goals. They support clients on a journey to rediscover their own strength and abilities. This can include excelling in the workplace, becoming happy and fulfilled at home, exploring your potential, managing health conditions and achieving life ambitions.

By harnessing techniques based on core psychological principles and intuition, life coaches empower clients and provide a toolkit of teachings to confidently face difficult challenges and overcome emotional barriers.

Life coaches can specialise in one of these particular areas of coaching: career coaching, executive business, group coaching, health and wellbeing, performance management, personal development, relationships, retirement, spiritual and youth coaching.

Rapport is one of the most important parts of life coaching. If you feel uncomfortable with your professional, you are unlikely to gain much from the session. It is advisable to get in contact before you book a session to meet your life coach so you can gauge how comfortable you are in their presence. It is worth talking to a few potential life coaches and ask questions.

Yes! As long as you have a strong internet connection, then your life coach can deliver sessions via an online video chat platform. Alternatively, it can be done over the phone.
