I spent a few years doing therapy, which helped me immensely but after a few years I noticed that I was still holding onto the emotional trauma. This is where working with Nick helped. With Nick being specialised in EFT, he helped me to release the emotions I was holding onto by tapping on specific acupressure points. In doing this I was able to "reboot" my brain. I would 100% recommend Nick to anyone who is holding onto emotions or struggling with imposter syndrome.
