I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Michael. From the moment I started training with him, I felt so supported and motivated. This is my second stint training with Michael (after training with him years ago before I went overseas). I decided to come back because his training style is super realistic, and enjoyable, while still challenging! I'm can be an all or nothing person and find that his style of training is something I can actually sustain and get long lasting results and habits from. Loving being back!
