What do you love most about your job?

I love being able to make a difference to my customers lives, ensuring that they are kept safe, warm and have hot water all year round.

Knowing that I can have such a positive impact in peoples homes and that I am one of the honest good guys out there ensures I have a clear conscience and a string of happy customers who recommend me to their friends & family.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I had always wanted to run my own business since leaving school, being one of my dreams I set about getting some skills and qualifications to do so.

Having gained the valuable experience working for other companies and completing my training with them, I finally took the plunge in June 2020 to start myself off on my new journey.

Running my own company means I get to operate in-line with my own beliefs and values, ensuring my customers are on the receiving end of my high standards, plus being the boss I get to choose when and where I work.

For accurate costings, especially boiler changes we need more detailed information and to inspect ourselves, which requires a site visit so we know exactly what we'd be dealign with, pipework positions, flue location etc

We're mindful of keeping distance, wear suitable PPE where needed and keep on top of our own health and wellbeing, not showing up for work if we suspect symptoms or display signs of being ill, this applied to the people that work for us also.
