The best professional heating engineer I have ever met.
James is very talented, professional & always carries a smile on his face.
He advised & installed a new boiler in my flat. Very neatly new copper pipes were installed by him that was needed to convert the system to support combi boiler. New valves were fitted on all the radiators & new radiator was installed.
James goes an extra mile & not only does what is agreed but also what is needed for the system to work properly for a long run.

I rent out a property and contacted James as the boiler had broken down and was unrepairable and thus I needed a new boiler installed quickly for my tenants. James came out within 24hrs to quote and provided a competitive price for a new boiler and Nest control installation. I went with him and within 24hrs he had installed the boiler and worked until the late evening, even coming back the next day to check everything once my tenants had used the heating and hot water. What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to make a difference to my customers lives, ensuring that they are kept safe, warm and have hot water all year round.
Knowing that I can have such a positive impact in peoples homes and that I am one of the honest good guys out there ensures I have a clear conscience and a string of happy customers who recommend me to their friends & family.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had always wanted to run my own business since leaving school, being one of my dreams I set about getting some skills and qualifications to do so.
Having gained the valuable experience working for other companies and completing my training with them, I finally took the plunge in June 2020 to start myself off on my new journey.
Running my own company means I get to operate in-line with my own beliefs and values, ensuring my customers are on the receiving end of my high standards, plus being the boss I get to choose when and where I work.

We are able to discuss jobs on phone or video call, and can try to resolve or help as best as we can that way.
For accurate costings, especially boiler changes we need more detailed information and to inspect ourselves, which requires a site visit so we know exactly what we'd be dealign with, pipework positions, flue location etc
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To ensure we keep our customers and ourselves safe we are following guidelines and the up to date information provided to us.
We're mindful of keeping distance, wear suitable PPE where needed and keep on top of our own health and wellbeing, not showing up for work if we suspect symptoms or display signs of being ill, this applied to the people that work for us also.
As a key worker we're here to ensure you've got heating and hot water in your home all year round regardless of what's happening!
Boiler installation
We will assess your current setup to determine if a replacement is needed or if it can be repaired.
Should you need a new boiler we are registered with Vaillant & Glow Worm so install these, this means that you get a 10 year manufacturers warranty for peace of mind.
From start to finish we'll take care of the whole process, ensuring all work is done with minimal disruption to your home.
As stadard we fit filters and scale reducers to extend the longevity of your new boiler.
Once finished we tidy up after ourselves & take away all rubbish we've created, including packaging.
Central heating upgrades
If you're looking for a smart system, digital thermostats or even just some additions to your current system we can help with that.
Old boilers can be less efficient and more prone to breakdowns so upgrading your central heating and hot water system in one go can work out best overall, ensuring that the whole system has been flushed and treated.
Radiator changes, repositions and addition to your existing number of points would also be covered here
Gas works
As a gas safe registered engineer I am qualified to safely undertake any work on your gas services, which may include relocating pipes, amending current fixtures and fittings or repairing damaged pipework.
Most of my work is based around boilers, installing and replacements so I've a vast range of experience within this field of all things gas related
