Tony is a great motivator and the word impossible does not exist in his world :) it has been a great journey training with him for the past 7 months. I feel stronger and fitter and my muscles are more defined. I would recommend anyone who wants to be pushed to their limits and beyond, to train with him and learn how to keep it up. There's no hassle of dropping baby off at a crèche/childcare then heading to the gym, we exercise with babies in view and Dora is always happy to tend to them while I'm exercising. She's not shy of bottle feeding my baby or entertaining my toddler.
Classes are so varied it's great, there's no pressure to be at a particular level of fitness, you just do it to your own ability! I enjoyed Dora's classes so much and loved the way my body and mindset changed, so much so that I asked Dora to do some personal trainer stuff with me every week too. I couldn't recommend Dora and her classes enough
