What inspired you to start your own business?
Zosim Margaritov is the founder of ZM Studio, he has over 10 years experience in international real estate industries. ZM Studio is the culmination of his experience as an estate agent, photographer and digital marketer as he combines these skill sets and knowledge of properties into a successful business. His vision is to create a platform for online property marketing providing a unique and groundbreaking effect over the real estate industry.

Property Photography
Standard Property Photography includes:
- The photographer stays up to 1 hour at the property.
- You will receive between all of the final edited images.
- High quality and professional photos ready to be uploaded to popular websites such as Zoopa, RightMove.
- The photos are standard 12mm wide angle.
Property Floor Plans
Floor plans are typically used by estate agents, landlords or serviced apartments to show the property layout, location and dimensions. These are not architectural plans.
360 Virtual Tour
The virtual is created by using 360 degree camera and Matterport software. The images are later connected and edited to create a 360 degree virtual walk through the property.
