Describe your creative process.
Upon receiving your Design Brief we will then present you with around 2-3 different design ideas/concepts. If one of these ideas/concepts is heading in the right direction we will then further refine and craft the design until you're happy with it. You can revise your design/idea as often as you like (at the end of the day we want you to be completely pleased with your design).
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
A completed Design Brief template which we will supply to you. The template basically requests your design needs, purpose, messaging, target audience, timescales etc.
What do you love most about your job?
Starting off with a blank page (and full coffee mug) and seeing an idea/concept slowly come to life. We still get a big thrill seeing the finished work in print or online and if our Clients are happy, we're happy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We love design and really enjoy working for Clients direct. We also believe we could present a business offering great creative work that's available to everybody without the exorbitant costs.

We do provide our services online/remotely. We have a designated office based at home with all the very latest design and online conference/meeting software.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our business is set up without the need to meet in person. All our meetings/conferences are held online via Zoom/Skype/FaceTime, or good old fashioned telephone.
All creative and design work is delivered online via emails/DropBox/iCloud/WeTransfer. Any printed work is sent via mail/courier or direct from our Print suppliers.
We do look forward though to the day when we can meet our Clients in person over coffee and cake!
