Yucca was a great help and support for my husband. My husband had Parkinson and diabetics. Emma came in every morning and evening to support him and giving him his wash and dressing. She was very friendly and brought the sunshine with her every time. She was highly professional and experienced. Sadly my husband past away and Emma came to the funeral to bid her good byes. What do you love most about your job?
At Yucca Health Care we love to give back to the community by assisting people who need that extra day to day help. We love to see the joy on peoples faces after receiving our care.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked as a Health Care assistant for years and enjoyed what I did. I noticed that the demand was huge more people need help each day. I decide to add more carers who care to my team so that we can be able to help make a big difference.

At Yucca Health Care we look at the little things that matter to you. We know that bringing people into your home is not an easy step. Our Registered Manager is highly experienced in Health Care and she listens to your needs. All our assessments and care plans are done in the comfort of your home and personalized to you because we know that everyone is unique.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Our service can not be provided remotely because we have to go into the clients home to provide physical care. We can sometimes offer our services online if it is just a call in and chat service. This can be mostly a befriending service.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have all undertaken Covid19 training. Our staff are provided with PPE which is worn at all times while assisting you with your care. Hand washing at all times and where water is not available hand gel is used. Covid tests are taken by our staff each day before they start their visits. We keep a clear communication Covid 19 communication log between staff and the registered manager.
