I can’t thank Ilona enough for her support and dedication.
She is taking her time to listen to you and to make you at ease.
I felt comfortable and not too upset about my body image.
Her program was amazing and tailored to my needs. Having a long term condition I was lacking motivation and strength.

She helps me to kickstart and to reorganise my diet and she introduced me to the vegan diet I have never felt better and even I am
not 100% I am at least 80% vegan now. More veg more proteins.
I got more energy and my skin is fabulous.
She is an inspiration!!!

I love how my body is firmer and stronger.

Nutritionists & Dietitians

After a pregnancy and thought period of perinatal grief, I wanted to get on shape also for my mental health. After a few approaches that didn't work with me (perhaps I wasn't ready emotionally) but they gave a better perspective on my diet, good tips and understanding, she didn't gave up on me and she found the perfect one for me.
The weekly catch ups are fondamental in the first phase and she also check in every couple of days.
She is really positive, energetic, a good listener, motivational.
I started the journey that gave me more strength and after 2 months I can already see more definition on my muscles, changed the composition of body (less body fat) and weight lost.
A massive thanks to Ilona! She helped me to recover physically and mentally.

It has been life changing since I started my journey last year. I was not great health wise and I would feel fatigue majority of the time. My diet was also poor and I had no clue which diet regime I should follow. Since starting with ilona, I feel stronger, eat clean and have managed to eliminate food types which were not benefiting me at all. She also taught me a lot of about nutrition and I actually enjoy eating healthier now. The workouts are fun and cover all my body goals. This is switched up on a weekly and I feel very encouraged to push myself. Ilona is patient, professional and cares about each individual clients journey. I signed up to PT & nutrition programme with Ilona in May and it was one of the best things I ever did. She listened to me and put together a plan tailored my my needs. After becoming a mum 2 years ago, I really struggled to her back into a healthy routine and wanted to get stronger, weight and follow a healthy diet. Not only I have lost the weight, but more importantly I hags built muscle and definition where I wanted to and feel so good with the nutrition plan that Ilona had given me to follow. It is full of well balanced meals that are realty quick to make and suits my whole family too. My little boy has enjoyed trying all the new foods and I also have so much more energy for him.
I have been able to continue with the progress on my own too which is great- something I hadn’t been able to do with anything else that I had tried.
Ilona is so positive and good at pushing and motivating me and I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Ilona’s PT practice was recommended by some friends and I joined her 7am Tribe challenge in May. I was initially worried that I’d struggle to work out and get to do my full day’s work afterwards but it was amazing! I enjoyed the mix of thoughtful breathing and variety of workouts and added a quick cold shower for my self afterwards. Arriving at work later didn’t have a negative impact at all as I quickly learnt to prep the night before instead. I found myself energised daily and very motivated. I would love to do it again! Ilo is such a great motivator and perfectly curates sessions every time for your fitness level and for just generally how you may be feeling. The 7AM Tribe is truley fantastic and everyone is so supportive of one another, both during the session and in the group at other times. It's great accountability, without the judgement if you slip and miss a session or two. I'd definitely recommend both individual training sessions with Ilo, as well as joining the tribe! More...

Without any doubt, I am rating 7am Tribe five stars. Morning exercises with Ilona are the perfect mix of fitness, mindfulness and motivation activities. Ilona's way of explaining each move is clear and easy to follow. When needed she will correct your posture, which is quite unique for online classes. Without any doubt I am rating Ilona five stars. Classes are great mix of exercises, motivation and mindfulness. She is very good at explaining each move and when needed correct your posture, which I think is particularly important when you do online classes.

I decided to take on a personal trainer as I felt that I needed some structure in my routine and I also always felt a bit intimidated in the weights section of the gym.

Ilona exceeded my expectations of a personal trainer. She boosted my confidence massively and made me feel like I deserved to be in the weights section. She gave me excellent programmes which boosted my strength and I saw great progress.

Ilona also felt like a friend who was very caring and was always there for me when I had questions and celebrating my successes with me! I would recommend Ilona as a trainer to anyone - her bubbly, positive personality is super infectious and she makes working out a pleasure! X

When I joined a big Central London gym in Jan 2019 I remember walking around feeling a little lost and intimidated. Ilona introduced herself, showed me around and got me started with a varied programme of strength building, flexibility and conditioning. It was great! I am 47 and have had various sports injuries in the past so I am not as flexible as I once was but surely and steadily over the past 3 years of working with Ilona I find myself getting fitter, stronger more flexible and I’ve got rid of a few kilos too. Even during the pandemic we’ve continued on Zoom too. Ilona adapts workouts to my goals and offers friendly encouragement that pushes me to gradually improve. It was literally fate when I met her. I had never been inside a gym before. She found me looking all lost and confused and decided to help me out. I decided to join the gym so I could help improve my sleep. She set up perfect 45 minute sessions for me (it was hard for me to do a full hour). She kept at my pace. She really did work with my goals and come up with routines that I was able to do. She helped me reach my goals. I started to feel good. I started to eat and sleep better. I’ve decided I needed something different to my normal gym routine as I was hitting a plateau and I had lousy mobility. Ilona came with a host of kettlebell exercises which put me right outside my comfort zone but that was definitely needed. She’s a very energetic PT and knows what she’s talking about with clear instructions and an eye for form. I also wanted to add that Ilona has such great energy and attention. One of the best things about doing virtual workouts is the convenience of being able to switch on my laptop; workout for 45 minutes; take a shower and be at my desk all within an hour! I thought being online might not be so good but Ilona is always encouraging and brings lots of energy. At the beginning of the year (2021) my husband and I realised we were feeling unhealthy and lethargic as result of the extended lockdown and working from home. Our friends train with Ilona and recommended her so we thought we would give it a go. We were a bit nervous initially, but she has gently pushed and encouraged us to the point where our fitness is the best it has been for a long long time. The sessions have progressively challenged us as our fitness levels have increased. She mixes up the exercises to work different parts of our body and if we have a little sprain or ache she will adjust to take care of that.
I am feeling so much stronger and empowered by starting my day three times per week with a sweaty heart pumping workout! It has been invaluable for my mental health as well as my physical health and as a bonus I have dropped 10kg (about a stone and a half) over the past few months! I have more energy and feel more confident of my body. When I started I couldn't even do one press up; my current count is 17!!!!

It's absolutely crucial! In my nutrition coaching I'll guide you to achieving high performing body that can sustain a busy working lifestyle. We will discuss nutrition myths, give you protocol to optimise performance and guide you how to eat out and still achieve long lasting results.
You'll also gain knowledge, skills and confidence to deal with any sleep issues and nutrition deficiencies in order to boost your recovery, mood and energy levels!

My biggest goal for each and every session we have is to leave you feeling empowered, accomplished and with noticeable progress made! My programs include 1:1 personal training sessions on Zoom three, two or once per week (depending on your goal), fitness app that will track your daily physical activity e.g steps or other form of cardio, nutrition macros, results and regular check-in coaching calls.
Whenever you'll need me, I'll give you the extra motivation to keep going and answer any questions you might have.

My job it’s a tough one, it challenges me every day, requires me to always plan and be prepared, pushes me to always be better! My usual day starts at 6am and that’s my absolute favourite time of the day! I feel chuffed I am able to do what I found to truly love: motivate my clients to realise their true potential through the right training, nutrition and provide support in getting what they absolutely deserve - confidence, health and body they’ve always dreamed of!

You must know that I struggled with yo-yo dieting for years, ever since I was a teenager. On most days I couldn’t get out of bed, because of bad eating habits and lack of physical exercise.

I tried most of the diets out there, you name it- I’ve done it! It was a constant up and down for me.

I reached the point where I just had to honestly admit to myself that most of things I was was doing weren’t sustainable for my body and the type of lifestyle I was living. Things needed changing, and that time I decided to do things properly, hire help and be patient.

Fast forward few years, I have not only managed to lose and keep off the weight, I’m in my best shape ever! I changed careers from working in an office environment, moved into fitness and run an online coaching company! I do what I enjoy most- help others to loose weight, build muscle, strength and resilience to exercise regularly. I am also doing a lot of work to promote wellbeing and mental health in workplace through the company I have co-founded called BeThriving Wellness. We deliver wellness seminars, workshops and mindfulness classes.

I use my knowledge and experience to train on implementing nutritional changes and exercising smarter.

I also teach benefits of plant based nutrition that was a fundamental key to my successful transformation, better performance and improved health.

My 1:1 and group sessions are delivered via ZOOM. I also use my fitness app to create and share bespoke workout programs with the clients I work with. I can track their activities and progress to keep them motivated and accountable.

Since most of my sessions are taking place online they are 100% Covid-19 safe.
