I highly recommend Meg. She is extremenly knowledgeable. She genuinely takes an interest in each and every one of her clients and wants the best for them. She continues to keep up to date with current research regarding training and to further her knowledge and understanding by gaining new qualifications that will enhance her clients' experience. We're halfway through and I'm really enjoying it! I'm already seeing and feeling good progress towards my goals and feel stronger than I have in years (no pain in back! ).
I feel I've got new habits around daily steps and nutrition which is massively helping in my day to day mood and I can keep for a long time.
I love the fact we've done it built around exercises I enjoy (football / running) and have slowly introduced new exercises in a way that I enjoy them too and can do them with confidence. I feel accountability for my programme in a way that makes me want to do it rather than because I have to

I share the others' comments. Highly recommended, excellent trainer. This is my story: At the time of receiving a gift of six months’ worth of PT from Megan, I was already training five days per week, thoroughly enjoying it, and any wishes to be particularly bigger, faster, stronger or lighter had long gone. Approaching 40, post baby weight and out of breath just running up the stairs, I knew I had to try one last time to find an exercise I'd enjoy and would help me gain fitness. 3 years on and still loving Meg's HIIT sessions! I still can't believe how much I've achieved. I'm much fitter, stronger, in control of my weight and still determined to keep going. I couldn't have done it without Meg's encouragement and coaching. I'm very proud of the progress I've made and I can't thank Meg enough.

I would highly recommend Meg as a personal trainer. She's good fun and very knowledgeable at what she does. I trust her judgment on how hard she pushes me at each session i. e I'm never too sore to function in the days after like I would be if I was doing this without her guidance. I can see loads of progress already in my strength and fitness and I only started a couple of months ago. I'm excited to continue on this journey with her. More...
