My name is Greg Lewis, and I have been a chef for 24 years, working in some of the best restaurants in the world including Celler can Roca and The French Laundry. I recently set up Your Private Chefs, as a service to cater for dinner parties, drinks parties, and offering cooking lessons, ranging from knife skills and butchery, simple meals, through to sous vide cooking techniques. .please get in touch via email or phone.
I want to make your party very special. I'll tend to find out what you really like to eat, maybe you have a dish that really sticks out in your memory, and I'll recreate it. In general, I'll supply crockery, my own cooking utensils and pans, so as to be as unopbtrusive in your kitchen as possible, and leave your kitchen clean and tidy afterwards.
