Liz is a brilliant and patient instructor with a wicked sense of humour - she makes classes fun whilst focusing on the seriousness of keeping our bodies mobile. The classes are small so she can keep an eye on each one of you, my agility has greatly improved since starting the class 15 months ago. During the Covid-19 outbreak she has gone the extra mile to keep us fit by hosting virtual classes and posting sessions on social media. I've never done any exercise class before and was apprehensive about starting but with increasingly poor mobility in my back and hips I had to take the plunge. Liz was often recommended so I took a trial class and loved it. I've been taking Liz's beginners class for a few months now and can recommend her from my own experience. She always suggests different 'levels of difficulty' so you can take it at your own pace, and all equipment is provided. More...

Classes with Liz are always fun and helpful. I may ache the next day but I know I’ve been working the right muscles! Highly recommend Liz, her classes are always well planned, with lots of different levels, friendly and fun. I have been attending her classes for over a year and they have been a massive part of my recovery from vestibular problems. I had never done Pilates before and was very apprehensive when I went to my first class. Liz put me at ease immediately, she is always full of encouragement and incredibly supportive.
