The agents were very helpful in getting the sale along. They kept us up to date with anything. I wouldn't recommend their solicitors though but can't fault the agents very happy, helpful and polite :)

I would 100% recommend your move Rubery, I was a First time buyer and needed mortgage advice. I came to Sam at Rubery who booked me in to see Julie the mortgage adviser as well as booked me in to view various properties in the local area. His knowledge of the area was exceptional and within a matter of weeks I had signed up for my mortgage and had an offer accepted on a modern method of auction property. I wasn’t familiar with this buying process but Nicky, Sam and Steph all explained it to me in great detail. It was a quick and simple way of buying and would highly recommend people buying this way if they are looking for a quick and smooth sale. The auction team at Your Move were also very helpful throughout the whole process especially Amy who kept me up to date regularly. Have dealt with Your Move before so I already knew how good there team was.
I put a property for sale with them again and they had views the next day and it sold within a week.

Though out the sale they keep in contact with you, and They also chase solicitors to help the sale/purchase go through as fast and smooth as possible.
Steph always makes sure she knows whats going on and helping deal with issues if they arise as does Nicky the manager.
There are some new team members, 1 I dealt with as well was Sam who was very helpful.
As I invest in buying and selling property's I will always use Your Move Rubery to sell any property due to there experience, Also the amount of people they have on there waiting lists to suit your property.
The whole team works well together and are very good at there jobs!

I was looking to take out life cover to protect myself and new baby. After doing numerous searches I was recommended to Your Move Rubery.
I spoke to Nicola the branch manager who was very helpful. She made me an appointment to speak with Julie their mortgage advisor who was able to do my appointment over the telephone saving me a lot of time.
After a 30 minute conversation my life cover was complete and all done in my lunch hour so I did not have any time missed from work.
