What inspired you to start your own business?
Tina moved into a caring role in 2008 and was totally frustrated with the system and how people were treated. After building many years’ experience, Tina felt care needed to be provided in a better way, so in 2014, ‘Your Care’ was born.
Why should our clients choose you?
Tina has a real passion for making people’s lives better. Tina consistently supports families’ and their loved ones by providing solutions and thinking outside the box when it comes to care.
Our PA's are hand picked by us to be on our register. They share our values in wanting to help others and will have passed our Mum Test (would we let them look after our mum?).
Our PA's are self-employed, so they choose the days and times they wish to be available and also choose the clients they support. We find this makes for a happier partnership and are proud to be different.
We provide a full vetting service so you can be rest assured all PA's are suitable for their role. This includes face to face interviews, full reference checks, DBS checks, insurance and HMRC registration. We provide ongoing checks to ensure everyone remains compliant.
