I am a yoga and meditation teacher and sound therapist with a background in music performance.
I am experienced in delivering private events such as sound baths and cacao ceremonies. I teach kids, teens and adults.
I am based in North London and offer private lessons in-person and online.

Veronica was amazing. It was a pre parenthood party and the mama to be was so zen during the sound bath that she fell asleep! Much needed. Her angel card readings were lovely and affirming. She really added to the day in such a positive way. I will be booking her again. Also her prices are very reasonable and she is a great communicator so you don't feel like you are not getting what you want or feel bulldozed into what you are getting. Fantastic stuff! More...

I am qualified to teach Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra, Hatha Vinyasa and have my own Rap Yoga Class which is great for schools.
