Heather has more than 25 years experience in Soft Tissue Therapy, Massage Therapy and health & exercise science. Having worked in Germany and South of England.
In recent years I have focused my training and practice on Integrated Myofascial Release (MFR), Active Release Therapy (ART ) and the benefits this offers, in managing restrictions, that can lead to chronic overload, discomfort and often pain.

What do you love most about your job?
Helping to facilitate an improvement in clients general wellbeing, physical mobility and overall quality of life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I first became interested in postural and alignment related issues, in the 90’s. When I experienced significant back pain myself. I tried many different approaches and professionals over a period of 2 years. Before I found the combination that worked. Once i found it, I decided to retrain, in order to share what worked for me and all the latest techniques with others.
Why should our clients choose you?
Through my clinical experiences, I value the importance of collaboration, between practitioners in health care. This in turn provides the best outcome for the patient/client.
