My name is Yana, I am from Bulgaria,35 years old, living in Bristol for 2 years.
I have 2 years experience as a housekeeper in Bulgaria in 5 star Iberostar Sunny Beach Resort.
Later I lived on the island of Ibiza, Spain for 3 years, where I worked as a house assistant for a British family with 2 children and a 5 room beach Villa with great yard and big pool.

How long have you been in business?
I Have worked 2 years as a housekeeper at the Sea side in Bulgaria, in 5 star hotel: Iberostar Sunny Beach Resort, 3 years as a house assistant and cleaner for wealthy people with great expectations and enormous villas in Ibiza Spain.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
I will bring my own supplies if that is the wish of the customer.
What do you love most about your job?
People really like the way I treat them and their properties, I love how they smile and feel happy when they see that home is bright and cosy after my work. I enjoy completing my tasks perfectly.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am a translator working from home and I think that being a housekeeper will keep me fit and develop my qualities: responsibility, accuracy, attention to detail, social skills.
Why should our clients choose you?
I work fast, I am young and motivated in general, I am easy to communicate with and very funny:)
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I use gloves, use different clothes for the different areas of the house, always caring with me my hand sanitizer, never get too close to people, it's not polite to do so anyway.
