What do you love most about your job?
I've represented and negotiated against some of the world's biggest companies, who hold a monopoly on the most experienced and quality lawyers. I set up XVO Legal to give small and medium business owners a fighting chance of equal treatment in the legal world of business. I love achieving a great result for a client, particularly against the big companies.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In the legal world, the underdog doesn't win. I wanted to be the lawyer that gives the underdog a fighting chance by making legal costs affordable, response times better and by providing the genuine quality and experience usually reserved for big companies.

We provide our services fully remotely. We are able to attend meetings and negotiations if needed, but this will incur additional costs and doesn't guarantee better results.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We're fully online, so there's no risk to you or us. If you ask us to attend meetings or negotiations in person, we'll ensure all Government guidelines on social distancing and otherwise are met.
Business Contract Review and Amendment
We provide advice on the risks associated with a third party contract you're entering into. We also advise on how best to remove or mitigate those risks by way of amendments to the contract. Each/both steps carry their own fixed-fee, agreed with you in advance, so you won't get any nasty surprises. We also guarantee a 48-hour turnaround on all contract reviews and amendments.
Business Contract Negotiation
We negotiate on your behalf to remove or mitigate any risks identified in a business contract you're entering into. We guarantee commercially focused, pragmatic and resolute legal representation. Each step of the negotiation is carried out on a fixed-fee basis and agreed with you in advance, so you'll never be surprised by cost.
Business Contract Drafting
We can put together your standard T&Cs of business, whether you trade goods, services or a bit of both. If a customer or supplier is asking for a one-off contract, we've got you covered with that too. All for a fixed-fee, agreed with you in advance.
