They were also thoroughly professional and completed the job on time and in budget. Wyse water solutions did a complete bathroom removal, alterations to move walls, and installation for our main bathroom. They also did a refresh of an ensuite with replacement of sanitary wear, shower, and flooring. I would definitely recommend ewan and team. In MAY 2023 this cowboy company install a new bathroom including a 2-year workmanship guarantee In October 2023 a big gap appeared between the shower pan/base and wall panels (see picture )causing water coming through the gap and to the ground. Mold begins to appear in the gap, which causes a health issue. And there is a slight leak in the toilet as well, the leak in the new toilet cause an ugly/unpleasant smell in the bathroom. After numerous communication, The installer finally came back on 06.11.2023, but he refused the fix the uneven base, instead he just used silicone to reseal the gap and run away . One week later the gap reappears. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 says that reasonable care and skill must be used while working. In my opinion, this company did not use reasonable care and skill when carrying out this work and have broken your contract with me. More...

Ewan and his team were great from start to finish, ripped out my bath and existing shower and replaced with large walk in shower cubicle with rainfall shower. Fitted wet walls and replaced all the flooring. The 2 guys that done job were excellent, making sure I was ok with the work as it progressed. Job took 2 days, and guys cleaned up thoroughly after each Day and at end of job. Totally chuffed with the end result, would definitely recommend. More...
