Procare Healthcare aims to provide Domiciliary Care Packages of care to people living in their own homes and give support to those in Supported Living Services including those with learning disability and / or autism and physical disability.

What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people to meet their day to day needs. I feel that fulfilment in me when I give care to somebody in need of that care.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a nurse since 2008, I have seen how daunting it is for patients when they stay in hospital due to lack of care after discharge or when they have failed discharges. I feel it is not fair for patients to stay in hospital for social reasons just because there is no one to provide care after discharge. I felt if I do something about this with adding another number to the care providers already there can make a difference to one or two people.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
The only services we can provide remotely or online is training for our staff and as of care we have to visit our clients to their own homes. We are care providers and therefore we provide holistic care to our clients. Our clients will need services like washing, dressing, companionship, cleaning the house and shopping and therefore we have to be there physically for us to be able to provide care.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Infection control is everyone's responsibility and therefore all our staff go through training before they go to provide care to clients. Procare Healthcare will provide Personal Protective Clothing to all the staff.

-Hair care
-Mouthcare
-continence care
-Nutritional assistance
-companionship
-Help with cooking/ household chores
-Ironing/laundry.
