I would suggest that you ask for a detailed description of the expected work, related to the quote given, some misunderstanding of expectation of what was expected as part of what was included in the quote because I never had a documented description of what was included in the estimate.

WLF at very short notice were able to source a particular patterned ceiling paper and papered 5mx4m room which had some tricky parts. The work was carried out on time and at a reasonable cost.
