A lovely lunch with 3 friends. I love that a large portion of the menu is gluten free. I had the fish and chips and the batter was lovely and crisp as were the chips. My friends wanted to try my chips as they looked so good 😀The steak pie looked lovely but that was the only item on the classics menu that’s not gluten free, as I was told the chef hasn’t quite sussed out the pastry yet- needs to check out Becky Excell- 😂 My other 2 friends had prawn sandwiches which they really enjoyed and loved the fact they were soft buns. I can highly recommend the food here and Sunday lunch is fab. Seem to have an excellent tapas menu- 3 for £12 seems a pretty good deal and another reviewer posted some photos of it and it looked impressive. Not sure how much is gluten free but that’s for another day. More...
