I wish I could have given a zero. We went to view a house with them and they sent us a form to fill where we gave all our details,this was after the viewing, but this people never got back to us. We kept calling to atleast update us on the house whether successful or not and they promised to give us a call with feedback but they never did. Their customer service and feedback is nothing to write home about. They really do not care but you guys can aspire to do better. Cheers More...

Awful experience during our tenancy. We had a lot of problems with the property and most of them were not solved in a reasonable amount of time. Almost at the end of our tenancy we found out through our neighbour that the previous tenant was a drug dealer, therefore all the problems that we had with electricity and mould. What inspired you to start your own business?
WitLet is a family business which was started by Paul and has been continued by Charlie. The extra challenge running your own business brings was one that couldn't be turned down and the opportunity it brings.

Thanks to PropTech, we can rent, manage and collect rent effectively and efficiently from anywhere! Currently, our furthest property is West Rainton in County Durham but we have local landlords have employed us for properties they have further afield given the service we have provided!
