How long have you been in business?
This is a new business. However I have had experience within the health and social care sector for 15 years.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
I have my own vehicle which is insured under business use. Cleaning products can be discussed on an individual basis.
What do you love most about your job?
Finding out about my clients. Not just visiting and carrying out the job I am there to do. A conversation goes a long way, and I am aware that especially at the moment, visits and conversation can be rare. A chat and a cup of tea go along way.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked within healthcare for 15 years. After numerous job roles, I have noticed that the household jobs are the ones that are required the most.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am trustworthy and have a lot of experience. Going the extra mile is something I have always done. Looking at the client and not just the task makes me person centred and caring.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am using personal protective equipment, such and gloves apron and masks. I am adhering to current government guidelines and have had both of the COVID vaccinations.
