These guys helped me out quickly, and at a very reasonable price when the phone battery died a sudden death on my mobile phone. They did what they had to do to bring it back to life, and there were no ‘hidden extras’ – was very grateful that they performed this emergency operation and would definitely use them again and would recommend.... so important to know decent businesses in the local area for this type of problem. I would give six stars if I could! This service is absolutely brilliant and on every occasion I have used the service WiseGuys have sorted the problems out and more. Far easier than waiting around for a technician to come around and more efficient both in terms of time and problem solving. It is also re-assuring to know that I have expert, professional help at the end of a phone as well. the service of the technicians [all that I have had dealings with] has in my experience been first class. My questions/problems have been effectively resolved. There is a very high level of understanding in the technician group that allows them to explain to the relatively uninitiated the nature of problems and the effectiveness of the cures. At no time have i felt that the assistance given was time limited...the objective of the Technicians was to resolve problems no matter what!!During a recent major problem...my PC was seized by a scammer and locked..Jamie et al were not only able to determine the extent of the problem but also to offer advice about the resolution ..which entailed a rebuild of the old PC...all of which was carried out as was promised and in good time and at a very reasonable costOver the past few days the team has repaired a 'glitch' to the email system and conducted a clean up as well as installing the 'livedrive' facilityI will continue to use the services as needed with confidence and will also have no hesitation of promoting the company to othersThanks for past service JHBatesonTecks I have had most contact with..Spencer, Jamie and latterly Annelise More...
