1-INTRODUCTION

Winners trophy limited was formed in 2015 and raised up to where we are by keeping focused and improving our services in care. Our care symbolises who we are and what we do. We aim and focus on striving to provide the best highest and kindest possible care. How we leave our service users feeling is our core focus.

We offer professional nursing care, healthcare and social care support to old and young people living with physical or mental disability. We aim to be the first choice of care in our community. We will achieve this by providing the kindest care to our service users.

We plan the care according to individual needs and involving the individuals in their care planning process. Risk assessments are tailored to minimise risk.

Our policies and procedures have been developed and approved to support our service users to live to their fullest life in a safe, clean, homely environment.

5-PARTNERS

We are so privileged to be supervised and helped with 2 well experienced and still practicing social workers, a team of nurses, a mentors who are a well established care provider, a medical doctor and a team of other local providers.
