Been using WH Block Management for 3 years now. With the exception of a lift issue a year ago which i understand was due to lack of funds as some fellow leaseholders hadn't pay the service charge and there was no money in the bank the team has been really helpful. the building is always clean, concierge is regular and thank god they removed the temps which were horrible and creating issues. so far so good so let's hope prices don't go up! I am the Director of a small block of 34 units in Angel. We had an issue with the Managing Agents and we had to replace them fairly quickly. I found some Block Management companies on Bark and after talking to them I decided to go with Wilson Hawkins. They've very knowledgeable, sorted out a roof leak we had quickly and they are doing more inspections than anyone else so far.
