I've attended pregnancy yoga here with both instructors and I would highly recommend it. I was new to yoga and found both instructors friendly, welcoming and personable. I left each session energised, empowered re my birth and body, and I felt really positive in my outlook. Both instructors adapted exercises for individuals in the session depending on stage of pregnancy and pregnancy ailments in a helpful manner. Overall, the exercises to prepare for labour and birth were helpful, the breathing exercises and affirmations were relaxing and I just really enjoyed the quiet time to connect with my baby. More...

A really lovely little place close to the tube in Bethnal Green just pass the pub, walk a little further and it’s on your right inside a flat. As soon as I walked in I felt relaxed. The place is so homely and clean with a Buddha fountain, candles, cushions and books. You need to take your shoes off and leave it by the door on a shelf. You can help yourself to tea, water and porridge. They have separate changing areas for males and females to change but it’s a small area with a curtain dividing it. Prices for each class is £10-£13 but on Tuesdays they do £5 community classes to introduce people to yoga. The instructions are friendly and they provide a variety of yoga classes. I’m glad I found this place. Will definitely be going back. More...

Absolutely adore this yoga studio. The ambience, the expertise and professionalism. Having attended many classes in high end gyms nothing quite compares to a dedicated space and practice with experts. Would highly recommend. I’ve been fortunate enough to attend classes run by Lisa and she really is a true professional ✨ and somebody I’m fortunate enough to call a friend. More...

Amazing teachers and with a wide variety of classes and workshops you will defiantly find something that suits you and your ability here. I absolutely love somatic yoga which is taught by the gorgeous Lisa White. If you haven't experienced her teaching you need to, as the last workshop I went to, I completely forgot that I was in a room full of other students and felt like I was being taught one to one. The sound baths are also a must. :) More...

My husband and I recently attended a sound bath led by Ling at my wonderful local yoga studio, Yoga Place. It was a truly magical experience through which the hypnotic vibrations of Ling's thoughtfully selected range of singing bowls and healing words transported us gently into a calm and grounded state. A week of peaceful sleep and clarity of mind followed. I highly recommend this monthly sound bath workshop as a means to reset and recharge the body, mind and soul, and will certainly be back for more! Thanks Ling x More...

They've got a huge variety of classes in a lovely warm space, and every teacher I have is all about making sure I end each practice feeling good. No wonder they've been around so long. Perfect. The Yoga place in is my Yoga home in London! While visiting my sister from NYC in Bethnal Green I stumbled upon the Yoga Place while walking back from the tube. If I could give this place 6 stars I would! Everything about this place was special, from the ambiance to the instructors. The energy was welcoming and I had a great experience in both classes I attended. Trudy (who signed me in and I took one of her classes) was such a genuine person and I enjoyed conversing with her while eating my post yoga porridge (which was delicious and free!). I suggest this studio to anyone who is looking for a holistic experience to practice around like minded, good hearted people :) More...

Very nice yoga studio, close to the tube. Great Ashtanga yoga classes, nice teachers and staff, relaxing atmosphere. Many different classes available. No membership required, they do drop-ins from £8,5 (off-peak) to £12,50 (evenings, weekends) for a 90 minutes class. Over the weekends various workshops available. The front door tends to be stuck so be persistent when coming for the first time. The studio interior could be renovated, if not for that I´d happily give them 5 stars. More...

The group was only of seven thus creating quite intimate, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere and everyone being exceptionally supportive for eachother. Ieva is a real love beamer making others cheerful and witty.
