We utilised Wighton Architects for the complete renovation of our house in 2015/2016. We have nothing but praise for Stuart and manner in which he helped us realise the full potential of our home. Some of the characteristics demonstrated by Stuart which were valued by us include; an ability to work with the existing building, listen to our requirements and respect our likes/dislikes, acknowledge our budget and then develop an imaginative scheme which ticked all the boxes. He was able to strike the right balance between pragmatism and creativity.

On a personal level, Stuart conducted himself in a highly professional and approachable manner. He kept to agreed timescales for producing documents, turned up to site visits on time and was always quick to respond to emails and voicemails. Even though we have finished using his services some time ago, he is still happy to answer any quick questions and offer advise.

We hired Stuart at Wighton Architects to advise on removal of a kitchen wall. Although we thought we'd planned out what we wanted before he arrived , Stuart immediately offered new suggestions for how we could use the space. As a result opened up the kitchen in quite different way to that originally planned. Stuart is great, professional, friendly and very helpful- he was able to recommend some builders when ours fell through.
