Reiki
Reiki is a healing process that anyone can benefit from in the normal course of their life. The method of receiving a Reiki treatment from a practitioner is simple. The recipient remains clothed and lies on a couch or sits on a chair and relaxes. The practitioner gently places their hands non-intrusively, on or near the body. There is no massage or manipulation and the whole person is treated rather than specific symptoms. It is also possible to receive Reiki at a distance. Incense is burned and gentle relaxing music is played throughout the treatment to promote full relaxation. Its not an issue if you get so relaxed that you fall asleep, the reiki healing will continue while you nap! When the treatment is completed, you may feel thirsty so be prepared to need a drink, water is advised to minimise impurities entering your system. You may feel cold too, this sensation is because your chakras and energy fields have been disrupted during the process to find balance.
Birth Doula
What is a Doula? The simple answer is: a Doula is a person who provides emotional support during the pregnancy and birth journey. A Doula will assist you in your preparation for childbirth and early days. They provide information on antenatal care/birth/postnatal care, offer reassurance, advocate on your behalf if/when required, ensure your partner and family feel supported. Most importantly, they will listen to you. A Doula is not intended to take the place of your partner, or get in the way of your intimacy with your partner, it is to compliment your circle of support so that the experience is a positive one for all.

Life Coaching with tarot guidance
Life coaching with Tarot guidance uses the spirit through the Tarot cards to start the consultation. The cards direct the conversation so that it is individual to you and your personal circumstance. Each area identified through the cards, and through your open discussion as to areas of your life you need guidance with, will illuminate the paths you can choose to assist you to find the best way to reach your desired goal or destination. The importance of this coaching is that you maintain control of the path you take, you will not be given answers, you will given options for the direction, you decide which path fits your needs and lifestyle in the most beneficial way to reach your best outcome. The initial session will include the getting to know you fact finding consultation to determine how best to move forward. Each session will be between 1-2 hours and will need to be a minimum of 3 sessions for optimum benefit. There will be activities for you to complete between sessions to maintain momentum and will be created bespoke to meet your individual need.
