About

My clinical experience and professional training in psychology, counselling, psychoeducational groupwork and cognitive behavioural therapy informs my ability to offer effective individualised therapy. My training enables me to work collaboratively with clients to develop evidenced based treatment plans to work with a number of mental health difficulties, disorders and life challenges. Most importantly I offer a safe, confidential and non judgmental listening space where you can explore your present experience and personal history at a depth and a pace that feels right for you.

My focus is to help you to find your own way forward and become aware of your inner strengths and resources. I aim to help you to achieve this through the development a therapeutic relationship where you can feel safe enough to explore your experiences. This will allow us to collaboratively develop a way of working together that will support you on your journey as you uncover the depths of your awareness and discover the way forward that feels right for you

If we choose to work together I promise to support you on your counselling journey. My goal is to assist you to find what you need to make the adaptations that will help you grow through your difficulties and move towards where you want to be in your life.
