I had a beautiful relaxing treatment from Sharon today, she used the “Antaneea Technique”. I hadn’t heard of it before today, but I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. It combines colour, sound and symbols using massage techniques to enable the body to release trauma we have stored for many years.
