I was already working out regularly when I met Steve. I was looking for a trainer because although I was exercising, I wasn’t seeing the kind of results I was hoping for, plus I wanted to lose some weight before my wedding. Steve is a very nice and funny guy. Even though his routines are challenging he still manages to put a smile on your face and motivates you to keep going in an encouraging manner, instead of yelling as I have experienced with other trainers. Since training with him, I have been able to lift more weights and do more reps. For example, I used to use 50 kg on the leg press when working out alone, I did 120 kg yesterday!! And I would only do push ups on my knees before but now I do them on my toes. Aside the exercises, he also provides advice on diet and makes helpful recommendations. Steve is currently working with me. I need structure and support to exercise as I am incredibly lazy! Steve has put in place a bespoke training plan and whilst it is tough I am making progress.
Steve plans the training sessions to fit in with my lifestyle/work etc. I actually feel better, have more energy and think I look slimmer/healthier. Definitely highly recommend Steve.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Again this is down to commitment, hard work and dedication.
We all find it hard and times and feel its not working. Its at these times we just need to keep going, the results will come.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the whole job, this is something I love and give my full commitment to.
Its more than a job to me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked in telecommunications for 26 years. I have always loved health, sport and fitness.
I took redundancy from work to start doing the best job in the world.
