Gemma is truly magic. I had my first visit last week and it was fantastic. From our initial phone call Gemma made me feel comfortable and at ease. She has a lot of invaluable knowledge and answered all my questions. I can’t recommend her enough. I felt nervous as had never been for a treatment like this before and she put me at ease right away. I loved baby reflexology classes with Gemma, as did baby Wilf! I originally signed up as it was the first face to face baby class I found and meant I could actually meet people socially distanced! However the reflexology techniques have been amazing and I will definitely carry these on post the course! Gemma is actually amazing and not only is great at reflexology but puts you so at ease with having babies in a class, sharing her experiences as well as some experienced advice all things babies!! Learning baby massage has been so lovely for Izzy and for me too! It’s such a lovely bonding experience. The classes with Gemma are even more than learning massage too as it is a lovely get together which I look forward to each week! Also there is zero pressure for baby to conform so no need to worry about baby crying/needing a feed or sleep etc in the middle of class, which I found reassuring and could relax being new to baby classes! The first words out of my mouth after my session today were “oh that is just everything I have ever needed in my whole world ever” and it was so true! It just felt heavenly! Being 7 months pregnant, an hour of reflexology with gemma is simply incredible and takes my busy mind to a calmer place as well as physically feeling wonderful. I float out on a gorgeous fuzzy cloud afterwards! I’ve been seeing Gemma since before I got pregnant and her support, professionalism and warmth have just been so lovely and reassuring. She most certainly knows her stuff and the treatment is always such a treat - something I really look forward to and take pleasure from afterwards. I highly recommend Wetherby reflexology and am already looking forward to my next session, booked without any pressure at all from Gemma, but simply from the happiness and feeling of wellbeing I get from going every time. Amazing treatment. Setting is relaxing and so is the treatment. Felt the effects straight away would recommend regular visits for reflexology it’s amazing how many problems it can treat and Gemma is one of the best

I recently gave birth to my second child, and visited Gemma for priming labour/birth for both children. The treatment was it only professional in a very relaxing atmosphere but it worked straight away both times! ! I went into the first stages of labour with my first child the following afternoon just missing having to be induced! And I went into labour around 5 hours after my treatment with my second child. I also had a small complication at the beginning of my pregnancy with my second child. I had reflexology with Gemma to help my beautiful baby girl fight through. I have recommended Gemma to 3 friends who have had trouble conceiving and I’m very pleased to say that all 3 of them now have little sleep thief’s of their own.
